Infrared
thermography is a means of identifying heat energy. The process
uses an infrared radiometer (camera) to view heat waves and measure
their temperature. Temperatures under 500°C are detected
and produces a colorized image allowing temperature variations to
be viewed. Infrared thermography thereby provides a safe and fast
way to inspect the condition of a facility's electrical integrity.
Our
Infrared Thermography Program identifies areas such as loose connections,
bad fuses, uneven loads and bad starters which all generate heat
loss. This allows you to repair only the equipment requiring it
and ordering parts before failure
